This experience was my first ordering prescription glasses on line. I thought it a great success. Jollynova had a number of designs a bit outside my comfort zone, but I took a chance. Glasses came in a reasonable amount of time and at a cost where I could afford to be a little more “bold,” more “different” than the norm. I’ve been impressed by the quality and I must say, I do get positive comments! Who knows what the silent folks say, but I haven’t had comments about my multiple pairs of glasses for years! Confident I may even try another pair!
I absolutely love this frame and the prescription lenses (mono-focal, transition lenses)! They fit my face perfectly and don't touch my cheeks. They have so many excellent designs for low bridge fit (especially for my high cheekbones). I will definitely come back to find my next pair of prescription glasses!
Fabulous service and I felt like they cared about my issue when I bought a pair of glasses that ended up hideous on me. They were very accommodating and gave me a fair deal of a new pair that turned out to be the best pair I've ever owned. I will be buying again.

I have to admit that I was concerned with all the negative comments but my experience was anything but negative. I contacted customer service about my concerns and got an immediate answer. My glasses arrived in a reasonable amount of time and they look great. This was my first time ordering online and I would definitely do it again with Jollynova. The Rx is perfect as well.
