I read the reviews snd decided I had a 50/50 chance to have a successful order. I followed all the directions and entered all requested specs. I ordered progressive lenses so I expected a longer processing time. What Jollynova stated was true. Around 7 days to create and ship glasses. Another couple of weeks to arrive. I ordered April 11 and received April 30. Perfect fit and script perfect. If nervous about ordering direct, you can buy through Amazon.
